  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Wash the pear thoroughly, slice it in half, remove the core, and cut it into thin wedges (about ¼ inch thick).
  4. Cut the Brie cheese into small, bite-sized pieces.
  5. Chop the fresh rosemary if using.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread and spread it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  8. Arrange the pear slices on top of the mozzarella, slightly overlapping them.
  9. Add the pieces of Brie cheese on top of the pears.
