For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Garlic Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 56 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Dredge: In one bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In another, mix panko, parmesan, and seasonings. Dip chicken into egg wash, then into breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to coat.

  • Pan-Fry: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate.

  • Make the Garlic Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in flour and cook for another minute. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and cream. Simmer gently until slightly thickened. Stir in parmesan and season to taste.

 

  • Serve: Pour sauce over crispy chicken and garnish with parsley. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • For a lighter option, swap heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt.

  • Chicken thighs can be used for extra juiciness.
